Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness is responsible for gathering, processing and interpreting data for evaluating college programs and services, managing preparations for the submission of selected data reports to external agencies and designing and implementing research studies as needed to support informed planning and decision-making. The office also provides data, information and leadership in the strategic and operational planning processes and manages the institutional assessment/effectiveness program and accreditation process.
