	Mary Kate Snow is the TRiO Scholars project director. Ms. Snow has a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Counseling/Psychology from the University of West Alabama. She has been a Director of Education in the Navy College program as well as director of another TRiO SSS program. In addition to her work, Mary Kate loves being active with friends and family.
Picture Not Available	Phyllis Waldron is the TRiO Scholars Retention Specialist. She has a B.A. in English and an M.Ed. in Counseling, both from Delta State University. She previously worked with TRiO Student Support Services at University of Arkansas at Monticello and has also worked at Southern Arkansas University Tech and University of Arkansas Community College-Hope for a total of 15 years of higher education counseling and teaching experience. In her spare time, she enjoys writing and has been published and won awards on the local, regional and national levels. She has been active in local humane societies for the past 25 years and is a big cat lover.
Picture Not Available	Ashia Muhammad is the TRiO Scholars Education Specialist. She has a B.A. in History from the University of Arkansas at Pine-Bluff, and a M.S. in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University. Her previous work experience includes Counseling and Testing, Admissions and Records, and Financial Aid. In additional to her work Ms. Muhammad is involved in various community service projects and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
	Ebony Chatman-Scroggins is the TRiO Scholars' secretary. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Business and is an alumnus of Pulaski Technical College. She is currently furthering her education, with plans to transfer to a four-year college. While attending Pulaski Technical College, she has helped developed the Career Pathways program. Ebony is friendly and very energetic and is always ready to assist students.
