C.J. Duvall, Jr., senior pastor of Theressa Hoover United Methodist Church in Little Rock, will be the keynote speaker at Pulaski Technical College's 10th annual Black History banquet on Friday, Feb. 25. Duvall, a Missouri native, has worked on numerous international business assignments, and in 2003, became the first African-American executive vice president of Alltel Corp. in Arkansas. The banquet begins at 6 p.m. in the college's Campus Center Grand Hall, located on the main campus at 3000 West Scenic Drive, North Little Rock.
