Two chefs are headed to the Diamond Chef Arkansas finale on June 5: Chef Jason Knapp, executive chef at UCA/Aramark (and a former PTC chef), and Chef Bonner Cameron from Ya-Ya's Euro Bistro.
The two men were among the eight chefs who completed in the preliminary rounds Tuesday night in the Peabody lobby.
For the finale on June 5 at the Statehouse Convention Center, the two chefs will create a three-course meal using a mystery ingredient that will be announced just before the start of competition.
