Veterans Upward Bound hosts Veterans Day celebration11/9/2012
Pulaski Tech's Veterans Upward Bound program invites everyone to attend a Veterans Day program and celebration beginning at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
Col. (Ret.) Ronald W. McDaniel, the first African-American colonel for the Arkansas Air National Guard, 189th Airlift Wing, will be the guest speaker. Col. McDaniel retired in August after nearly 40 years of military service.
