Come and experience the ultimate culinary competition with chefs Donnie Ferneau and Andre Poirot June 4, 2008, in the Peabody Ballroom. They will battle it out on center stage for the title of Diamond Chef Arkansas.
Funds raised from the event will help central Arkansas continue to grow by helping the Pulaski Technical College Arkansas Culinary School in the following ways:

Provide needed restaurant-quality kitchen supplies for the school

Pots, pans, knives, utensils, meat grinder, fondue maker

Provide support for the PTC Arkansas Culinary School building fund- the school must relocate to a new facility after Aug. 1, 2009.
