Enjoy an evening of good food, wine, martinis and art! The Business of Art will feature Robin Steves, local artist, author and graphic designer. Come and be entertained by local artists painting, sculpting and drawing live as you feast on food prepared by the PTC Arkansas Culinary School and sip on a glass of wine. Robin will give a presentation about her artistic journey and following will be a tribute to her late husband Tom Steves Sr.
The Business of Art is presented by Pulaski Technical College Foundation. Funds raised from the event support the naming of the Tom Steves Sr. Multipurpose Room in the Business Technology Building, scheduled to open fall 2010, as well as the Tom Steves Sr. Business and Fine Arts Scholarship Fund.

The conclusion of the ultimate culinary competition will unfold on center stage as the final two chefs compete for the title of Diamond Chef Arkansas. Chefs will have 60 minutes to prepare a three course meal for judging that features a mystery ingredient revealed just before the clock starts. Chefs are judged on creativity, taste, presentation and technical skills. Guests are treated to a three course meal including wine.
Diamond Chef Arkansas is presented by Pulaski Technical College Foundation. Funds raised from the event support the college and its Arkansas Culinary School.

Teams of Four - $400
Gather your friends for a round of golf in one of central Arkansas’ most affordable golf tournaments! Teams of four will compete for first, second and third place prizes in each round. Closest to the hole, longest drive, hole in one and casino holes will also keep players on their toes. Players are treated to lunch, goodie bags and beverages.
The PG and Melanie Bradford Golf Tournament is presented by Pulaski Technical College Foundation. Funds raised from the event support the college and its PG and Melanie Bradford Scholarship Endowment.

Does everyone ask you for that recipe to your most coveted dish? Have you been the talk of all your potlucks? Well we want your recipe for the 2010 AY Magazine and PTC Foundation’s Recipe Contest. Two recipes will be selected for great starters, succulent entrees, and tantalizing desserts. Well-known chefs will prepare the recipes with the help of the recipe’s creator for judging. Come watch your friends cook with a professional chef and compete for the chance to win the 2010 Recipe Contest. Guests are treated to food prepared by the PTC Arkansas Culinary School.
