Office of Admissions
Pulaski Technical College (PTC) has an open admission policy that is designed to enhance access to educational opportunities. At PTC standards of quality are maintained and students will find that high standards are set in the classrooms.
The Office of Admissions is the contact for all interested prospective students. Students may contact this office by calling (501) 812-2231 for information or (501) 812-2275 to schedule a tour. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m and Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. An online application for admissions is available by clicking here. International student admission is approved by the Director of Counseling and Advising. Students who are not permanent residents of the USA are required to submit an application and documents at least two months prior to registration.
Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar has the responsibility of registration, grades, graduation, and student records. Registration dates and processes are published in the College catalog and the class schedules. This Office oversees the student information system, including Campus Connect for web registration. Although grades are no longer mailed to students, this office processes final grades and processes official transcripts. The Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. To contact the Office of the Registrar, please call (501) 812-2231.
Applications for graduation are submitted to the Office of the Registrar for verification of the completion of requirements for the degree program. A graduation ceremony is held once a year in May for all students graduating from August to May. An Assistant Registrar is available to assist candidates for graduation during normal business hours.
Students who are eligible for VA benefits should contact the VA representative in the Office of the Registrar for assistance and verification of enrollment. The VA representative is available during normal business hours.
Transfer students who need an evaluation of transfer work may request an evaluation from the Office of the Registrar. An Assistant Registrar is available during normal business hours.
Other services provided by the Office of the Registrar includes enrollment verifications, processing drop/adds and withdrawals, official transcripts, and demographic changes of student records.
