Enrollment/Degree Verification Requests
All enrollment verifications and verifications of student status requests must be processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Students needing to provide information to agencies or individuals, including insurance companies, landlords, potential employers, etc., about their part-time or full-time status, expected date of graduation, and/or program completion, must request this information from the National Student Clearinghouse. A credit or debit card is required to purchase the verification. Enrollment verifications cost $2.50 and degree verifications cost $6.50.
To request an enrollment or degree verification from the National Student Clearinghouse:
- Go to www.studentclearinghouse.org and click on “Degree or Enrollment Verifiers.” Students can also request verifications by calling (703) 742-4200. A credit or debit card is required to purchase the verification.
- Click on the type of verification you need (Degree or Enrollment). A degree verification is for students who have already completed a degree or certificate program with Pulaski Technical College. An enrollment verification is for students who are currently or were previously enrolled at PTC, but have not yet completed a degree or certificate program.
- Click on “Credit Card Purchase” on the left side of the screen. The Degree Verify User Agreement will appear on the screen. You must agree to the terms by clicking “I Agree” before entering the request.
- Enter your information and follow directions on the screen to process the request.
Please note the following:
Enrollment verifications are not available until the 12th day of classes for fall and spring terms and the 6th day of classes for summer terms. Students are not able to request verification of enrollment until those dates.
