New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation is required for all first-time entering, degree and certificate-seeking students at Pulaski Technical College. If you have attended PTC before, have attended another college or are not seeking a degree or certificate you are not required to attend orientation.
New student orientation sessions for spring 2012 are offered from November 8-December 9 at either our North Little Rock campus or at our Little Rock-South location.
At your orientation session you will:
- Learn about what it takes to become a successful student
- Become familiar with services offered to students at PTC
- Meet with an academic advisor and discuss your degree plan
- Choose and register for classes
To be eligible for a session, you must complete the application process and have submitted the following documents to the Office of Admissions and Records.
- A completed application for admission.
- An official high school transcript with a graduation date and a cumulative grade point average or official General Education Development (GED) assessment scores.
- ACT or COMPASS scores no more than five years old.
