Excel At Interviewing
Careful preparation can take the anxiety out of interviewing and helps you approach the interview with confidence. Consider who will be conducting the interview. Do you have the right credentials for the job? If not, you should rethink why you are applying. Researching the company will reveal whether or not the company’s philosophy is in tune with your values. Individuals who are self-aware and who can articulate their skills and abilities should excel in the interview process.
