Pulaski Tech chefs discuss Food for Less9/19/2011
Chef Cindy Malik, lead instructor for the PTC Arkansas Culinary School, and Chef Bob Wolf, the college's food services manager, will demonstrate how to create family meals that are both nutritious and cost-efficient.
The Food for Less program will begin at 11 a.m. today in the Little Rock-South's Crain Team Community Room and again at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Campus Center Grand Hall A on the main campus. Participants will be able to sample the recipes and will receive tips on couponing.
This event is sponsored by the PTC Culinary Program, Center for Working Families, and Student Life and Leadership.
