Chef Cindy Malik, lead instructor for the PTC Arkansas Culinary School, and Chef Bob Wolf, the college's general manager for dining services will lead a demonstration Thursday on how to create family meals that are both nutritious and cost-efficient.
The "Food for Less" program will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, in the Campus Center Grand Hall A on the main campus. Participants will be able to sample the recipes and get tips on couponing.
All faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend. This event is sponsored by the PTC Culinary Program, Center for Working Families, and Student Life and Leadership.
