Little Rock-West to host Feb. 8 weatherization demo2/3/2012
Pulaski Tech's Weatherization Training Center staff will be at Little Rock-West on Wednesday, Feb. 8, to provide students with free information about weatherizing their homes.
The event takes place 12-1 p.m. in the Little Rock-West Student Activities Room (Room 220) and includes a pressure house demonstration and tips on weatherization plus information about the college's weatherization programs.
The first 50 participants will get a home weatherization kit with items that can be used to lower utility costs. The kits, valued at $30, contain foam covers for light switches, low-flow shower heads, light bulbs and other useful items.
