Pulaski Technical College will celebrate "Fat Tuesday" in the Campus Center's Food Court
with New Orleans-style food and special activities.
Student Life and Leadership is decorating the dining area and will have a booth with information about the cultural and religious significance of Mardi Gras. Students can make a Mardi Gras mask, and those who visit the information table will get a special treat - Mardi Gras beads!
The Big Rock Bistro will be serving Cajun-style fixings all week. Here's what's on the menu:
Monday: Grilled Chicken with Voodoo Cream Sauce
Tuesday: Sausage, Red Beans and Rice
Wednesday: Blackened White Fish with Cucumber Slaw
Thursday: Chicken Jambalaya
Friday: Crawfish and Seafood Boil
