The move of the PTC email service to Office365 is almost complete. The next process will change user's email login passwords to be the same as their "Portal" password, or school "Network Login" password.
This will be updated on the evening of Thursday, June 27.
If you use Outlook, or you have setup to receive Exchange email on your smart phone or tablet, you will need to reset your email password to your Network Login/Portal password.
It should be emphasized that users need not change anything in this process, this transition simply allows all users to access both email and Portal services utilizing a single password.
