Pulaski Technical College will join organizations from across the country in observing Constitution and Citizenship Day on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
The observance commemorates the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787, and honors and celebrates the privileges and responsibilities of U.S. citizenship.
PTC's Amicus Curiae Paralegal club will host Constitution Day forums with area judges and present "A Level Playing Field," a film that covers the four principles of the American judicial system and includes interviews with prominent Arkansas elected officials, judges and attorneys.
Student Ambassadors will distribute free copies of the U.S. Constitution in the Campus Center foyer on the Main Campus and at Little Rock-West.
Voter registration also will be available 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Campus Center foyer.
