Dr. Calvin White, Jr., chair of African American Studies at the University of
Arkansas, will be the keynote speaker for Pulaski Tech's 13th annual Black
History Month Banquet on Friday, Feb. 21.
The banquet will take place 6-8 p.m. in the college's Campus Center Grand Hall, on the Main campus in North Little Rock.
This year's banquet theme is "Transitions: The Past, Present and Future." Genine Perez, adjunct instructor for Academic Success, will provide the musical entertainment for the evening. The program also includes highlights of student support programs and presentations of Outstanding Student Awards and the PTC Diversity Award.
