Chef Billy Ginocchio will teach an artisan bread-making class on Thursday,
July 10, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Community Kitchen at PTC's Culinary Arts and
Hospitality Management Institute (CAMHI).
Participants will learn techniques and tricks of making various styles of artisan breads. The class is offered through PTC's Community and Continuing Education program, and the cost is $75.
