Students wising to apply for the Little Rock Rotary Club Scholarship and the Frank White Rotary Club of Little Rock Scholarship must turn in their applications by Monday, March 3.
One student will be selected for each scholarship.
The Frank White Scholarship honors the 41st governor of Arkansas, who was also a Rotarian and the youngest president of Club 99.
The scholarships are limited to Arkansas residents. To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled at Pulaski Technical College, have a grade-point average of 3.0 or above, have an application for financial aid on file with the college, and provide evidence of college and community service.
Students also must submit a 300-word essay outlining activities, honors, achievements, leadership positions, community service and financial need.
Scholarship applications are available in the Pulaski Technical College Financial Aid Office, located on the second floor of the Campus Center.
