The Pulaski Technical College Foundation will host a fun tribute to Benton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Eddie Black on Friday, Nov. 21. The event will feature personal toasts and roasts from some of Eddie's closest friends, a live auction, entertainment, food and fun.
