If you missed this week's health fair, you can find valuable resources on health and fitness in Ottenheimer Library all semester long.
The library has a special collection of nearly new 60 books and multimedia titles on a variety of health-related topics. A portion of the collection was exhibited Monday and Tuesday in the Campus Center foyer during the health fair. The complete exhibit is now on display on the first floor of Ottenheimer Library.
Included in the collection are cookbooks from the American Heart Association and resources on nutrition, smoking cessation, diabetes, stoke prevention, heart disease, stress reduction, and many other health topics.

The exhibit is part of the college's 2009 Health Challenge, made possible in part by a grant from the Arkansas Department of Health Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention program.
