Pulaski Technical College Foundation elects officers1/23/2009
The Pulaski Technical College Foundation recently elected new officers for 2009.
James T. Harvey of Little Rock, retired chief executive officer of Central Arkansas Water, was elected chairman. Janet Davis of Little Rock was elected vice chairman; Stephen A. Leek of Little Rock, owner and chief executive officer of Leek and Associates, PLLC, will serve as secretary; and Joyce Taylor, the foundation's executive director, serves as treasurer.
The officers were elected Jan. 12, and they will serve for one calendar year.
The Foundation is the official fundraising and private gift-receiving agency for the college. Charted as a non-profit organization for educational purposes, the foundation solicits and receives tax-deductible gifts and manages these gifts and bequests for the benefit of the college.
