Three World War II veterans who participated in the D-Day invasion in 1944 will share their history during a free lecture Thursday on campus.
The presentation will begin at 11 a.m. in the Campus Center Grand Hall on the college's Main campus. The speakers include Lindel McCullough of Salem, Ark.; Wilbur D. Johnson of Sherwood; and Dr. Robert Weaver of Great Bend, Kansas.
The men, who were part of the World War II 250th Field Artillery Battalion, are in North Little Rock this week for their annual reunion. They have meet regularly since 1965, but due to age and failing heath, this year will be their final gathering.
Pulaski Tech history instructors Johnny Dollar and Jerry Armstrong will serve as moderators.
All faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend.
