Funeral arrangements set for PTC police officer12/2/2010
Arrangements have been set for visitation and funeral services for Pulaski Technical College police officer James (Jim) Filek, who passed away Nov. 24 in Carver County, Minn., as a result of an automobile accident.
Officer Filek had worked with the Pulaski Tech law enforcement team since August 2006 and was stationed at Little Rock-West.
Services are set for 11:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Jude Church, 2403 McArthur Drive in Jacksonville. Burial will be at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at 1501 W. Maryland Ave., North Little Rock.
