Mary Kate Snow is the TRiO Scholars project director. Ms. Snow has a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Counseling/Psychology from the University of West Alabama. She has been a Director of Education in the Navy College program as well as director of another TRiO SSS program. In addition to her work, Mary Kate loves being active with friends and family. |

Lisa Phwandaphwanda is the TRiO Scholars Retention Advisor. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and an M.S. in College Student Personnel from the University of Central Arkansas. She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree, in preparation to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her work experience includes Title III, Upward Bound, and services for students with disabilities. She is serving in 2008 as on the AASAP board (Arkansas TRiO personnel) as SWASAP Representative. Her side interests include singing in her husband’s reggae band and cheering on her daughter’s soccer and softball teams. |

Cynthia Hill, Ed.D., is the TRiO Scholars’ Educational Specialist. She has a B.A from Ouachita Baptist University, an M.A. in Higher Education, and an Ed.S. and a Doctorate in Adult Education from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Cynthia comes to us with a wealth of experience in Student Services including work with student athletes and academic advising. In her time away from work, Cynthia is active in community organizations and her children’s school. |

Ebony Chatman-Scroggins is the TRiO Scholars' secretary. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Business and is an alumnus of Pulaski Technical College. She is currently furthering her education, with plans to transfer to a four-year college. While attending Pulaski Technical College, she has helped developed the Career Pathways program. Ebony is friendly and very energetic and is always ready to assist students. |
