Academic All-Stars Program
Each year, Pulaski Technical College, the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges and Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society present the Arkansas’ Two-Year Colleges Academic All-Stars scholarship program. One student is selected to represent Pulaski Technical College on the All-Stars team.
The Academic All-Stars program is designed to reward excellence in academics and leadership at each of the state’s 23 two-year colleges. Pulaski Tech’s representative to the Academic All-Stars team receives a tuition scholarship that is renewable for up to four semesters with maintenance of a 3.0 grade-point average. The recipient also is recognized at the Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges’ annual conference.
In order to be considered by the selection committee, students must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.25 on a minimum of 12 credit hours in pursuit of an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree. They also should expect to be enrolled at Pulaski Tech through the spring semester of the following year.
The recipient is selected on the basis of academic achievement, recognition, honors, activities, leadership, community service and work experience.
Application dates and deadlines are announced each spring.
