Veterans Upward Bound
Vic Snyder, Congressman for Arkansas 2nd congressional district, has recorded a public service announcement endorsing the Veterans Upward Bound program at Pulaski Tech. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran himself, Congressman Snyder is currently a member of both the Congressional Committee on Veterans' Affairs and the Committee on Armed Services. Veterans Upward Bound and Pulaski Technical College wish to thank Congressman Snyder for his support of the men and women who have served our country in the military.

Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) is a federally funded program designed to help qualified military veterans prepare to enroll in a postsecondary university, community college or vocational/technical program. VUB provides skills and advice to enable veterans to achieve their academic goals.
The Veterans Upward Bound Program at Pulaski Technical College provides a unique opportunity for veterans of all ages to gain access to information about college and career awareness, to acquire the academic skills needed for entry into higher education and/or to acquire the equivalent of a high school diploma. Services are offered continuously with various workshops, self-paced computer tutorials, individualized tutoring and classroom-based instruction.
