Faculty/Staff E-mail Account Information
- An employee or supervisor must turn in a Personnel Action Form with all the required employment paperwork for your account to be created.
- Human Resources creates a log in/email account using the following syntax:
a. User Name: First initial + Last name
b. Password: Ptcmmddyyyy where mmddyyyy is your birth date recorded on your paperwork. Please note that this is case sensitive.
- To access your email do the following:
a. Navigate your browser to the Pulaski Technical College home page.
b. Click on the Faculty and Staff link located to the left of the picture.
c. Scroll down and click on the Faculty and Staff E-Mail Access box or use the Faculty and Staff E-Mail Access link located in the list of links on the right side of the page.
d. When the log in screen pops up enter your user name and password using the syntax given above.
e. Be sure to click log off (located in the upper right corner) when you are finished with your account.
- To change your password do the following:
a. Log in to your email account through the Web site.
b. Locate the options link on the left hand side of the page. You may have to scroll down to see this link.
c. Click on the options link.
d. Scroll the right pane down to the password section and click on change password.
e. If you receive a certificate error, click on continue to this web site.
f. Enter the following information:
i. Domain: PTC
ii. Account: your user name from #2 above
iii. Old password: your password you used to access your account.
iv. New password: it must be at least 8 characters with alpha, numeric,
uppercase, and lowercase characters.
v. Confirm password: repeat your new password
g. Click the OK button to change your password.
