| Job Description: | Pulaski Technical College in North Little Rock, Arkansas, one of the state's fastest growing two-year colleges, is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Specialist II for the Human Resources Department. The Administrative Specialist II reports to the Human Resources Generalist. The Administrative Specialist II works under general supervision and is responsible for the preparation and processing of human resources documentation.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews, verifies and logs human resources documents, such as timesheets, leave requests and employment applications.
Enters and maintains accurate records in Human Resources Information System (POISE).
Maintains personnel files by scanning, indexing and filing all human resources documents in a timely manner.
Handles confidential employment records.
Greets job applicants and answers questions regarding the hiring process.
Operates standard office equipment, including computer, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
Assist with employment related activities such as new employee orientation, open enrollment benefits fair and STAR SEARCH recruiting activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

| Minimum Requirements: | The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus two years of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | One year of experience in a human resources or payroll-related position.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
