Admissions for Cosmetology Programs

After submitting your application, submit the following requirements to Scottie Burchett, Saline County Career Center, 3201 South Reynolds Road, Bauxite, AR 72011
- An official high school transcript with a graduation date and a cumulative grade point average or proof of satisfactory completion of the General Education Development (GED) assessment or individual approval of ability to benefit by the Office of Admissions and Records. This method is available only to those students who are over the age of 18 and whose high school class has graduated.
- Proof of Immunization against measles (2 doses), mumps (1 dose) and rubella (1 dose) as required by state law.
- ACT or COMPASS scores no more than five years old. The COMPASS is administered on campus by Testing Services.
- Students who are U.S. citizens but were born in another country are required to submit proof of tuberculosis screening as required by state law.
- Drivers license or other photo ID.
- 2”X2” passport-type photo
- $20 money order payable to: ADH Cosmetology

- Print this form, complete all areas except 10-13.
#8: School ID is 7184, School Name: Saline County Career Center, City: Bauxite - Cosmetology Instructor students must submit a copy of their cosmetology license.
