Admissions for Cosmetology Programs
Prospective Students must submit an application to the college and all required admissions documents. In addition, the following documents must be submitted to:

• Drivers license or other photo ID
• 2”X2” passport-type photo
• $20 money order payable to: ADH Cosmetology
• Cosmetology Instructor students must submit a copy of the cosmetology license
