Baking and Pastry
The Baking and Pastry Technical Certificate is designed for those wanting to work in a bakery, own their own business, or become an executive pastry chef. Beginning with basic pastry techniques, this program of study covers all aspects of baking including candies, chocolates, cake decorating, artisan breads and much more. Students will enjoy hands-on experience while working with experienced pastry chefs from around central Arkansas.
