Wine and Spirits
The Wine and Spirits technical certificate program will give an overview of the hospitality industry and concentrate on wine and spirits knowledge, wine sensory ability, business and practical expertise, wine and food comprehension and pairing skills. Students completing this program will have the option of sitting for national and international certification exams from the National Restaurant Association (Chicago, IL) and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (London, England).
