Dear Students: I would like to welcome you all to Pulaski Technical College. In the state of Arkansas, Pulaski Technical College is the fastest growing two-year college, and we are ranked fifth among all colleges and universities. Nationally, we rank in the top 100 two-year colleges when it comes to conferring degrees to African-Americans. The Division of Education and Academic Success is one of the few divisions of its kind. We are totally committed to providing quality instruction to new college students, students interested in becoming teachers, and those students who are not yet ready for college-level courses. Our belief is that all students have the opportunity to learn regardless of background, financial need, past experiences, and/or skill level. It is our charge to meet students where they are and provide the proper learning environment and a quality education to enable them to be successful not only in college, but in life. “Dedicated to your success” is more than a motto; for us, it is a way of life. This is evident in the various grants and initiatives on our campus, such as the Title III grant, Foundations of Excellence, and our latest initiative, Achieving the Dream. Our division plays an integral and vital role in each. For those of you who have never attended Pulaski Technical College, you will quickly see the strong sense of family and community involvement that is fostered on our campus.
