Practical Nursing Application Process
STEP 1. Complete an Application for Admission to Pulaski Technical College. (Admission to the college does not constitute admission to the Practical Nursing Program).
STEP 2. Provide a copy of high school transcript or provide a copy of GED scores.
Provide transcripts of ALL previous college or postsecondary coursework.
STEP 3. Pay a $30 Nurse Entrance Test (NET) fee to the Cashier’s Office.
STEP 4. Present receipt of NET fee to the Testing Center at the time of testing.
Program application will be completed at the time of testing.
The Cashier’s Office is located on the second floor of the Campus Center.
The Testing Center is located in the Campus Center, Room 240.
ALL ABOVE STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED AND DOCUMENTATION RECEIVED BY MARCH 31 OF THE APPLICATION YEAR FOR THE STUDENT TO BE CONSIDERED IN THE FALL CLASS.
