Division of Academic Success
The Division of Academic Success offers a wide range of programs and courses to meet the needs of new students, education students, and students who need the opportunity to obtain skills necessary to succeed in college-level studies. The division will:
- offer students courses that allow them to develop academic skills.
- respond to individual learning styles and diverse needs among our student population.
- work cooperatively with other college divisions to ensure successful student transition into those programs.
Through these programs and courses, students will demonstrate their ability to:
- communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- think critically
- solve problems
- apply analytical skills
- appreciate the importance of lifelong learning.
