Additional Competitions
Hole in One Contest – No Fee
We are proud to announce that Cook Jeep Chrysler will be donating a 2008 Jeep for the hole in one contest. Make a hole in one on a specified par 3 determined before the tournament begins and take home a new car!
Putting Contest 50/50 Split –$10 a player
Players participating in the putting contest will be provided a ticket upon registration to participate in the putting contest. Each player will be allowed to make two putts to the hole. If more than one player makes the shot a putt off will take place. During a putt off each player will make one shot at the hole. The winner will receive 50 percent of the entry fees.
Chipping Contest 50/50 Split - $10 a player
Players participating in the chipping contest will be provided a ticket upon registration to participate in the chipping contest. Each player will be allowed to make two strokes to the hole. If more than one player makes the shot a chip off will take place. During a chip off each player will make one shot at the hole. The winner will receive 50 percent of the entry fees.
Longest Drive Contest – No Fee
All players will be eligible for the longest drive. A marker will be placed in the fairway of the 18 hole marking the longest drive. If your drive off the tee is beyond the marker then take the marker and move it to your ball and place your name on the marker below the previous players. The winner will receive a prize in each round.
Closest to the Pin Contest – No Fee
All players will be eligible for closest to the pin. A marker will be placed on each par three marking the closest off the tee shot to the pin. If your shot off the tee is closer to hole than the marker then take the marker and move it to your ball and place your name on the marker below the previous players. The winner will receive a prize in each round.
Skins Game 50/50 Split - $40 per Team
Players participating in the skins game will be provided a sticker to be placed on their score card upon registration. After you have played your game you will turn in your card to the pro shop and after all participants have turned in their card a winner will be announced. The 1st flight in the morning will play against the 1st flight in the afternoon. The 2nd flight in the morning will play against the 2nd flight in the afternoon. The skins winners will receive 50 percent of the entry fees.
Inside the Circle - $5 - $50 (Double your Money)
Players will have the opportunity to bet from five to fifty dollars that they will land their ball inside a circle on a specified par three. If the ball lands inside the circle the player will double their money. If the ball is not inside the circle then a donation is made to the scholarship fund. Registration will be at the hole for this contest.
